Sample Setup at Manufacturing Floor

The demo setup at manufacturing plant consisted of T8 LED (14 watts and 20 watts). This company had been actively looking into implementing Energy Saving measures in line with their customers' global GO GREEN initiatives for some time. One solution was to replace the existing high power - consuming fluorescent light fittings (which also has mercury content) with a greener LED replacement (less than half of existing fluourescent power consumption, plus no mercury content).

The setup enables the management to better compare brightness between the older fluorescent lights and the LED types. Actual cost saving measures were also considered before deciding on what LED lights were most suitable for their unique manufacturing requirement.
